He was so calm and explained exactly what he was doing to her teeth and mouth in comforting words that she would understand. Example: tickle her tooth, squishy marshmallow feeling, soft pillow, etc. just things she would understand so it’s not so scary. His staff and dental assistants were wonderful to work with as well. They are all so kind and patient. We have been going to Dr. Vest from the get-go (before he even moved into his new office) and we love him! They did a wonderful job of helping him feel comfortable, talking about what they were doing in an accurate and child-appropriate way, and even had root beer float scented laughing gas and a Disney show to help him be extra relaxed and comfortable.
